Service Description
A thorough risk assessment is undertaken by our experienced travel doctor or nurse who will then advise on which vaccinations / treatments are recommended for the trip. Please bring in your previous vaccinations information and the child's red book to assist us in giving the correct advice. The fee for this risk assessment consultation is absorbed when undertaking any vaccinations by us. Please book with care as we are unable to take responsibility for incorrect appointments being booked. If a different appointment is required then a new booking and payment will be necessary. ** Please note that due to changing stock availability we are unable to guarantee every vaccination will be available on the day. Please check prior to attending if certain vaccinations are critical so we can advise on our stock. Non-attendance ( more than 15 minutes after the booked appointment) or cancellations within 2 working days of the appointment time for any reason will result in a need to re-book and payment for another appointment Appointments may be rescheduled 2 working days prior to the booking time without charge- a maximum of two times within one year. In the extremely unlikely event of us needing to cancel the appointment, we shall endeavour to reschedule as close to the allocated appointment time as possible, however if this is not possible we shall be happy to give a full refund
Cancellation Policy
** Please note A thorough risk assessment is undertaken by a doctor or prescribing nurse to check for contra-indications, whether other treatment options are more suited and whether treatments are likely to be of assistance in each case. We are not duty bound to give treatments if we feel it is not in the best interest of our clients or we feel it is inappropriate to give such treatments even if such treatments have been given by other clinics in the past. Only once a full verbal and written consent is obtained would we proceed to the treatment being given. ***Please note due to chronic availability issues we cannot guarantee stock availability on the day. Please check with us on the day prior to making long journeys if certain treatments/ vaccinations are critical.
